By using any tool on datasilo.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our tools.

2. Description of Service

DataSilo.ai provides 10 browser-based micro-tools. Each tool offers a free tier and an optional paid unlock. Tool outputs are generated client-side or via AI models and are provided as-is.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Tool outputs (scores, suggestions, salary estimates, visa information, etc.) are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Do not rely on tool outputs for legal, financial, immigration, or medical decisions.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• One-time purchases are non-refundable unless required by law
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the billing period
• No credit card information is stored on our servers

5. Intellectual Property

All tool designs, code, and branding are owned by DataSilo.ai. You retain ownership of any content you input into our tools. We claim no rights over your inputs or outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use tools for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate tool access
• Redistribute paid content
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Limitation of Liability

DataSilo.ai is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our tools.

8. Privacy

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the tools after changes constitutes acceptance.
