Overview

DataSilo.ai operates micro-tools on a static frontend with server-side API endpoints for AI generation, metering, abuse prevention, and billing. We are committed to transparency about what data is collected and why.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require account sign-up for core tool usage
• We do not store payment card numbers (handled by Stripe)
• We do not sell, share, or rent personal information to third parties

Data We Process

• Tool inputs sent to our API to generate outputs
• An anonymous cookie ID used for quotas and billing entitlements
• Usage metadata (tool name, timestamp, provider, status, estimated cost) for operations and fraud control
• Hashed prompt fingerprints for cache and abuse controls (no raw prompt history stored in analytics tables)

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (page views, referral sources, device types). Analytics runs only after consent. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Ad personalization runs only after consent. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.

AI Processing

Some tools send input to AI providers through our infrastructure. We route requests to model providers and may cache output for performance and cost control. We do not train our own models on your private inputs.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or process your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions: stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies

We use a first-party cookie for anonymous tool identity and quota tracking, plus optional analytics/ads cookies after consent.

Children's Privacy
